Strother students have been busy working in their own workshop this holiday season with Mr. Galleciez as the break grows closer.


Mrs. Rolette's 7th and 8th grade FACS classes take a quick break from working to pose with the turkeys they made.


Next Wednesday and Thursday are semester test days for our middle school and high school students. The attached graphic shows the schedule that will be followed on those days to allow students the additional time needed on each test.

Your child's school is seeking additional resources and services for its students through a GEAR UP grant from the U.S. Department of Education. Parent feedback is needed as part of the grant application. Group survey results will be included in the grant application to the U.S. Department of Education. Strother JOM will hold a parent committee meeting on December 6th at 6:00pm


Letter jackets will be arriving next week. If your student ordered one they will be given a reminder today of the deposit and amount still due on the jacket. Jackets must be paid in full before receiving, and if paying by check please make it out to Strother Public Schools.

Please join us at 6:30pm on December 14th for our annual Christmas program.
Students must be at the gym at 6:00.

Students in our wood shop class have been busy this fall with all of their creations.


Strother 8th graders attended Gordon Cooper Technology Center’s 8th grade Day earlier this month. They were able to visit booths and some shop buildings from all the programs GCTC offers.



The Elf Shelf store begins today and will be open through December 1st.
Students are welcome to shop during their scheduled time throughout the week or attend with their family on Friday, December 1st between 3-6pm.
